Monday morning we received a request for help from volunteers from the shelter of Chioggia. It was just a part of the roof collapsed (masonry) of the dilapidated structure that housed a handful of the 70 dogs it houses. It was to go there with public transport, cars, vans or Pupetto and transport in the new structure which will become the shelter of Chioggia, built by the City Council.
We were few, but we did it anyway.
Unbelievable how good is the human being as an excuse to be the pull back the "backside", when it comes to us inside of elbow grease. Now
all or most of the little dogs were transferred to the new structure that is already a dream compared to that hosted them before.
PERO '! there is still much work to do: we went back every day so far to fix the fence so that the poor animals DO NOT REMAIN IN THIS ROAST CALDANA.
