Offrire strumenti adeguati per gestire l'insoluto all'interno di una piccola azienda, fornendo una panoramica delle più rilevanti questioni relative al recupero crediti partendo dalle basi, dai riferimenti giuridici e dai suggerimenti pratici per un corretto inquadramento delle diverse fattispecie che possono presentarsi nella prassi.

• L'esercizio diretto dell'attività di recupero o l'affidamento in outsourcing • The recovery
court: activity preparation, negotiation and definition
• The alternatives to the extra-judicial recovery: supply of credit, factoring, bank discount
• The recovery proceedings: the remedies available and all appropriate legal action
• Work on tax issues: the regulation of credit losses and writedowns of loans.
The course will only start the minimum number of students enrolled from the direction of 5.
